Select athletes from the National Minority Combine Program will be invited to join the Elite Development Academy, which offers them access to a personal development coach, personalized national recruiting support, 1-1 mentoring, and test prep for SAT/ACT. Additional incentives include a laptop computer, private instruction, replacement gear, and local MLB or MiLB team season tickets. These perks will keep players who are otherwise at risk of abandoning the sport invested and engaged. Elite Development Academy Players will be held to college-level personal conduct and academic standards and required to do community service. Our program facilitates a pay-it-forward mentality, encouraging our athletes to give back to their communities and be beacons of sportsmanship.
